Shipping - General Information
Standard processing time for orders is 2-7 business days for products in stock.
The customer is responsible for entering the correct address. If you live in an apartment/suite, it is your responsibility to make sure any details are noted. Any additional shipping costs incurred for rejected or returned to sender packages will be the responsibility of the customer.
All orders are shipped using Canada Post at this time. If we find any more affordable and reliable options, we will provide an option at the checkout to ship with those as well.

We currently ship only within Canada and to the United States. We will notify any updates through this website or our Instagram page once we add International Shipping.

All orders include a tracking number that will be emailed to you once shipped.
Canada
Local pickups are available for residents within Winnipeg, MB.
For orders within Canada, please allow 4-10 business days for your package to arrive.
United States
For orders within the United States, please allow 1-2 weeks for your package to arrive.
