Watercolour Classes (online and in-person)

For cancellation of the service (private lesson or group classes), please email helia.saadat94@gmail.com and we will determine based on the following terms and policies if you are eligible for a partial or full refund.

If the student cancels the service at least 14 days prior to the first class, 75% of the full service cost will be refunded.
If the student cancels the service at least 7 days prior to the first class, 50% of the full service cost will be refunded.
Cancellations made within 7 days of the first class date are 100% non-refundable.
If you choose and confirm the first class within 7 days of your service purchase and cancel within 7 days, no refunds will be issued.

Helia Art reserves the right to cancel the service due to weather, natural disasters, or conflicts with schedules or activities. A full refund will be issued in such circumstances.

No refunds will be issued for students who do not show up or attend their confirmed sessions.

No exchanges or transferring of sessions is permitted.

You may reschedule your private session only by emailing and giving us at least a 24-hour notice. If you fail to give notice within this time limit, this will be considered as no show and no refund will be issued.

Watercolour Workshops (online and in-person)

Bookings for watercolour workshops are non-refundable. However, you can transfer your ticket to another person if you are unable to attend the workshop after purchase. Please email helia.saadat94@gmail.com before the workshop to ensure the transfer goes smoothly.

This website is owned and operated by Helia Saadat. These Terms set forth the terms and conditions under which you may use our website and services as offered by us. This website offers visitors an online store, watercolour class packages, and workshops. The prices we charge for using our services / for our products are listed on the website. We reserve the right to change our prices for products displayed at any time, and to correct pricing errors that may inadvertently occur. We may, without prior notice, change the services; stop providing the services or any features of the services we offer; or create limits for the services. We may permanently or temporarily terminate or suspend access to the services without notice and liability for any reason, or no reason.

The Service and all materials therein or transferred thereby, including, without limitation, software, images, text, graphics, logos, patents, trademarks, service marks, copyrights, photographs, audio, videos, music, and all Intellectual Property Rights related thereto, are the exclusive property of [Helia Saadat]. Except as explicitly provided herein, nothing in these Terms shall be deemed to create a license in or under any such Intellectual Property Rights, and you agree not to sell, license, rent, modify, distribute, copy, reproduce, transmit, publicly display, publicly perform, publish, adapt, edit or create derivative works thereof.

You agree to indemnify and hold [Helia Saadat] harmless from any demands, loss, liability, claims, or expenses (including attorneys’ fees), made against them by any third party due to, or arising out of, or in connection with your use of the website or any of the services offered on the website.

When we change the Terms in a material manner, we will notify you that material changes have been made to the Terms. Your continued use of the Website or our service after any such change constitutes your acceptance of the new Terms.
